Personal Protection is more than being able to use your fists.

It is recognizing and avoiding danger before something bad happens: on the street, on a date, in the home, while driving, shopping, traveling, at school, work, and so much more. Simple self-defense techniques, that really work, will be taught. Get your “What If?” questions answered. No experience or fitness level required.

Don’t wait until it’s too late!

Instructor: Mark Chevalier has thirty years of martial arts and personal protection experience. He has taught more than a thousand children and adults over the years, increasing their confidence, awareness and personal safety. The skills taught are usable and proven.
