Products normally ship via USPS or UPS, however other carriers may be used. Shipping rates are for ground shipping only. Handling charges are included in our shipping rates. DVD Warranty

DVDs are warranted for 30 days from receipt. Defective DVDs will be replaced.

Emergency Backpack Warranty

The backpack itself is warranted by MCMA for 30 days after receipt - replacement only. All other items are warranted by their respective manufacturers for the length of time they specify. You should keep their warranty information in case an item proves to be defective.
