Personal Protection

Personal Protection is more than being able to use your fists.

It is recognizing and avoiding danger before something bad happens: on the street, in the home, while driving, shopping, traveling, at school, at work, during and after a disaster and so much more.

What would you do IF?

• your car broke down on a busy highway
• someone broke into your home while you were there
• someone starts shooting people at your school, work
• there was a fire at home, work, in a crowded room
• a flood, tornado, hurricane or earthquake happened
• if you were lost in the woods, while driving, or traveling
• your identity is stolen
• your date turns bad
• you are carjacked
• your wallet or purse are stolen

Do I need to go on?

What is your plan?

Are you just going to wait until something bad happens?

Remember.....when trouble is just seconds away, the police and other first responders are just minutes away. It simply takes time for them to get to you - so until they arrive it is up to you.........What will you do?

For more than twenty years I have been answering these questions for my students, and the community.

My Workshops offer the confidence and peace of mind you gain from knowledge and personal action. Check out my flyers and take my self-defense quiz.

Consider taking a two-hour or longer Workshop soon. You won’t regret it - I guarantee it!
